  "I contacted Macon BMW via email when I was trying to locate a 2011 BMW 535 Xdrive. It was fairly late in the model year. I had contacted, visited and tried to work with a minimum of 4 other dealerships in an attempt to locate an acceptable vehicle. Most of their time was spent trying to talk me into buying something that they had on the lot. I live in the metro Atlanta area and had noticed Macon BMW when in middle Georgia. I was contacted very quickly by Omar Saleh, the internet sales manager. He determined what I wanted and quickly proceeded to find it. I changed my mind on several things and he rolled with the punches and continued to demonstrate his knowledge. He located available vehicles and clearly communicated the differences. He was able to obtain an acceptable 535. The majority of this transaction was done via email. When it came time to pick up the car, I was in the dealership less then and hour. Omar handled the large majority of the transaction before I arrived. I was impressed and will do business with him again when I replace this car."

They were at all times a pleasure to deal with, making arrangements with my work schedule to take care of all the details. They even got me a better financing rate through BMW Financial than that advertised on the national web site. What was particularly impressive was that they kept us informed of the status changes throughout the assembly, importation, and transport process, so we never had to wonder if we'd be able to take ownership on time. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, more than I'd like to admit, and I have never had a better experience than the ones I've had with my salesperson Brian Sumption and the Butler Dealerships. Yesterday, I sent my brother to see them after I had had a wonderful experience purchasing my car just over a year ago, and now I am very pleased that he had the same experience and has left with a car from them as well. Brian has been excellent, takes the time to answer your questions and built a great relationship, which is rare to find in a salesperson at a dealership. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership each time has been very helpful, friendly, were very informative and not overly pushy. They didn't pull any punches and were straightforward with everything. I know my brother and myself we can have a lot of questions but they were very patient and took time to answer every one we had. I'm not even quick to jump on a purchase but even when I bought mine I talked to Brian for 2 months before I finally made a purchase and he was patient with me through the whole thing. My brother walked away telling me the same thing that I said when I purchased my car, it was the best car buying experience he had ever had. The dealership is 2 hours away from where my brother lives in the Atlanta area, and although I have a home in GA with my main residence in FL it is about 6 hours from me, and I tell you I would make the drive again any day as we have had nothing but great experiences with them. When you get that good of service and someone who treats you right a drive is nothing. I'll tell you what I've told my friends here and in GA if you are looking for a vehicle make sure you look with the Butler Dealerships like BMW of Macon and Brian Sumption, as the next time I need a car you can believe he is the first person I will call."
